Shipping policy: Free for purchases over $100.oo

We at CraZy LadyZ! are wild about customer service & customer care. We take great pride in ensuring that our merchandise is in perfect condition. We do not sell damaged or used goods! Your purchase(s) will be examined carefully for any defects before being shipped to you. If for any reason you are not pleased, we want to hear from you!

Because we really know our clothing lines, we can offer you advice on fit/sizing information, colors available, washing instructions, etc. We will even take photo’s and put together outfits for you – – it’s like shopping in our store!! And, whether you are in our stores or shopping online, we will always go the extra mile.

  • FREE shipping on all purchases totaling $100.00 or more. (US only). We do not ship internationally at this time….sorry :o(
  • Purchases under $100.00, a flat rate of $7.50 will be added to your total.
  • We will do our best to ship your “goodies” on the same day for orders placed before 12:00 noon. However, please allow 5 – 7 business days.

Return Policy: Must call for authorization prior to return!

  • All returns must be postmarked within 20 days from date of our shipping your purchase to you.  Returns postmarked more than 20 days later will not be accepted.
  • All items purchased on sale are non-returnable & non-refundable.
  • You MUST call/email for a Return Authorization Number (302-541-4040). Returns will not be accepted without an RA# and the RA# must be written on the outside of your package.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the applicable shipping charge(s) on returns back to CraZy LadyZ! Credits will not be given towards shipping on returns.
  • CraZy LadyZ! will gladly refund your credit card OR issue a web-store credit!  Your choice!
  • Items MUST be returned with original tag(s) attached  and must not have been: worn, washed, or altered. In addition, no signs of make-up, deodorant/deodorant stains, cologne or other scents, rips/tears, spots. No refunds will be issued if the above is not met.
  • Items purchased on sale are considered final sales & are not returnable.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Jewelry may not be returned.
  • We do not have the ability to do exchanges.  You must place a new order for the item in the size you want and follow the return procedure on the item(s) you need to return. You must call for an RA# as stated above.

  • All returns/refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days after our receipt of the package.  You will be notified by email.
